ULTIMA GTR SMASHES PRODUCTION CAR WORLD RECORD ON MINTEX BRAKE PADS
0 mph –>100 mph –> 0 mph
Ultima Sports Cars have smashed the production car world record for sprinting to 100 mph and back to zero leaving all other super cars in their wake. The Ultima knocked over half a second from the previous world record and was a full second quicker than the McLaren F1 road car. The Ultima GTR car was fitted with Mintex F4 compound brake pads all round.
The record was set using a standard road legal Ultima GTR car driven to the track.

Zero to 60 mph was achieved in 2.928 seconds in a distance of 38.53 metres
Zero to 100 mph was achieved in 5.997 seconds and 148.76 metres
Braking began at 6.335 seconds and 163.91 metres
100 mph to zero was achieved in 3.972 seconds and 82.26 metres.
